Issues corrected

  • Corrected an issue where the CSAT screen inside of the widget was closing automatically after a few seconds.

  • Updated SFDC file component to use new asset endpoints

  • Corrected an issue that prevented downloading recordings if the settings inside of console.screenmeet.com was set to "All agents"

  • Corrected an issue that prevented scheduling options from showing properly

  • Changed verbiage of scheduled sessions label to be more accurate.

  • Added date and time fields to ScreenMeet Files component

  • Added premade reports to utilize in Salesforce Dashboards

  • Corrected an issue that prevented the leave session button from working as expected when multiple sessions option is enabled.

  • Added support for agents to join scheduled sessions prior to the session starting.
