<h2>Starting a Remote Support Session</h2><h3>Introduction</h3><p>This guide explains how to initiate a Remote Support session from the ScreenMeet Console.</p><p>Important Note</p><p>If your organization uses a CRM such as Salesforce or ServiceNow, sessions should almost always be initiated from the CRM component. Sessions started directly from the ScreenMeet Console are not bound to a case or incident, which reduces logging and audit visibility.</p><h3>Steps to Start a Session</h3><ol><li><p>Navigate to <a target="_new" rel="noopener" href="https://console.screenmeet.com">console.screenmeet.com</a> and log in. Your authentication method (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Azure, etc.) depends on your organization’s configuration.</p></li><li><p>On the home page, the session creation panel will be visible. If multiple ScreenMeet products are enabled, select <strong>Remote Support</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Enable any required pre-session options (e.g., recording, admin escalation) before starting the session.</p></li><li><p>Enter a brief description of the support session.</p></li><li><p>Click the green <strong>Start Session</strong> button.</p></li><li><p>Share the connection details with the end user.
